Vivace apartments unveiled at Clearview

The first apartments in the 400-dwelling Clearview Urban Village at Seven Hills have been unveiled after the first four stages of the project have sold out.

The company behind the Clearview Urban Village project, Heran Building Group, identified that Seven Hills area has consistently been one of Brisbaneโ€™s most in-demand suburbs for buyers

Clearview Urban Village, which is transforming the former site of the derelict Seven Hills TAFE, is helping to meet this demand for dwellings in what is an amazing location close to the CBD, schools and other attractions. When completed Clearview Urban Village will boast 10 distinct precincts across the nine-hectare site and has been designed to cater for a broad cross-section of the community with a variety of housing options, large parklands and community facilities.

The first four stages of the Clearview Urban Villages have been completed and sold out. The first four stages included 12 houses and almost 50 townhomes, while a 100-bed Arcare aged care facility is now under construction.

The projectโ€™s community hub, which includes a 100-seat indoor theatre and an 80-seat outdoor amphitheatre, has already been gifted to the Brisbane City Council.

Vivace apartments component of the village will eventually comprise 98 apartments, with the first 30 apartments being released to the market now.

The new apartments will appeal to a diverse set of buyers ranging from first-home buyers looking to break into the market through to investors and downsizers. The contemporary architecture with its palette of natural colours and its ideal north-south orientation allows for large private balconies that are very desirable in Brisbane. Buyers have a choice of six different apartment designs and luxury inclusions. As well as the luxurious apartments, residents will be able to enjoy facilities including a swimming pool, barbeque, fully equipped gym, steam room, secure parking and communal lounge.

Clearviewโ€™s location was one of the big drawcards for the buyers. Clearview is just 6km from the CBD, just steps away from the Seven Hills Bushland Reserve, a sprawling 50 hectares of tranquil bushland. Clearview is conveniently close to Morningside and Norman Park train stations with the Cleveland to Shorncliffe line stopping every 15 minutes during weekdays, there are numerous cycleways, and the ferry to the CBD is close. Buyers will be able to immerse themselves in all the fun that Southbank has to offer while the boutique shops and restaurants of West End and Fortitude Valley, are a quick drive away.
