The first apartments in the 400-dwelling Clearview Urban Village at Seven Hills have been unveiled after the first four stages of the project have sold out.
The company behind the Clearview Urban Village project, Heran Building Group, identified that Seven Hills area has consistently been one of Brisbaneโs most in-demand suburbs for buyers
Clearview Urban Village, which is transforming the former site of the derelict Seven Hills TAFE, is helping to meet this demand for dwellings in what is an amazing location close to the CBD, schools and other attractions.
